In order to prevent air block and reduce outlet pressure fluctuation, suction air bag and vent gas bag are respectively equipped on the elbow pipe flanges of inlet pipeline and discharge pipeline
In order to ensure that the pump does not exceed the rated work pressure, a shear type high pressure safety valve is equipped at the other side of outlet
To avoid air block when low inlet pressure happens, each drilling pump needs a Model 150NZ3 (or 5x 6") centrifugal infusion pump
Gear, bearing, and crosshead of power end have a double lubrication system a combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication, thus to ensure good lubrication condition
Cylinder and piston of the hydraulic end are cleaned, cooled and lubricated by cooling and lubrication liquid (water) supplied by centrifugal sprinkling pump
Both between cylinder head flange and cylinder head and between valve cover and cylinder are adopted with sawtooth thread connecting fixed mechanism
This pump is equipped with a set of special fitting and dismantling tools for routine maintenance
Normal operation of drilling pump determines the normal drilling operation
It is an important task of each drilling worker that they should operate drilling pump properly
